We encourage you to contact us before initiating any refund request. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication, and we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.
Cancellation: Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. You will continue to receive services for the remainder of the notice period.
Refunds for retainer fees:
Deposits: Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. The deposit covers discovery, scoping, and initial build work.
Milestone payments: Payments made upon reaching agreed milestones are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been accepted.
Final payment: The final project payment is due upon delivery of the completed work. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable, please follow our revision process before requesting a refund.
Revisions: All project agreements include a reasonable number of revision rounds. We will work with you to ensure the deliverable meets the agreed specifications before any refund discussion is warranted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds in cash or via alternative payment methods.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes shall be handled according to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
